Health Suite

It is part of the Richmondshire Leisure Trusts mission to help improve the health and fitness of the population of Richmondshire by providing a number of opportunities with the facilities we have at our disposal.

Facilities include Spa Pool (Jacuzzi), Steam Room and Sauna designed for your comfort and privacy, leaving you feeling relaxed and cleansed.

 

Relaxation in the deep warmth of the sauna (dry heat) and steam (wet heat) followed by intermittent showers and rest periods.

Skin Toning and Cleansing through a combination of sweating and showering. Deep Heat Treatment relieves aching muscles and can help relieve the pain of minor muscular injuries.

Age limit - for saftey reasons the Health Suite is for use by people aged 16 or over

Leisure Saver - available to Senior Citizens, people with a registered disability, students or people in receipt of benefits.
