The Pool

Richmond swimming pool has 2 swimming pools on offer for users, a main pool and a learner pool.  The main pool is 25m long by 12.5m wide and ranges from 0.9m to 1.8m deep; the water is kept at 30 degrees.  The learner pool is 12m long by 8m wide and ranges from0.5m to 0.8m deep; the water is kept at 32 degrees.  Parents whose children are in classes are able to watch from a viewing gallery.

There is excellent disabled access with a pool hoist, ramp and dedicated disabled changing rooms and toilets.

Eaurobics
Eaurobics may also be called aqua aerobics or water aerobics. It is essentially comparable to an aerobics class set in a gym, but instead takes place in a pool. Some eaurobics classes are well suited to even non-swimmers, while others include some more advanced activities.
Health suite
Facilities include Spa Pool (Jacuzzi), Steam Room and Sauna designed for your comfort and privacy, leaving you feeling relaxed and cleansed.
