Using the Sun Shower  - if you follow our recommended guidelines, gradual sun shower tanning will leave you with a healthy looking tan and a feeling of wellbeing.

Booking the Sun Shower - we have a registered user system for sun showers.  You must complete a suntanning guidelines questionnaire and be issued with a registered user card before using the sun shower.  You can book a sun shower up to 7 days in advance by telephone, or at reception.  If you cancel your sun shower session we require 48 hours notice.  Within 48 hours we will try to re-sell the booking but if this is not possible you will be charged or forfeit one of your course tanning sessions.  Please Note:  As the sun shower is located within the Health Suite, during the time when the area is restricted to ladies only, access to the sun showers is limited to women.

Age Limit - for safety reasons the Health Suite, including the sun bed, is for use by people aged 16 or over.

Leisure Saver - available to Senior Citizens, people with a registered disability, students or people in receipt of benefits.
