Relaxation in the deep warmth of the sauna (dry heat) and steam (wet heat) followed by
intermittent showers and rest periods.
Skin Toning and Cleansing through a combination of sweating and showering.
Deep Heat Treatment relieves aching muscles and can help relieve the pain of minor muscular
injuries






Age Limit - for safety reasons the Health Suite is for use by people aged 16 or over.
Leisure Saver - available to Senior Citizens, people with a registered disability, students or
people in receipt of benefits.
